Biography

Vaibhavi Pandya has a work experience of 7 years. Previously, she worked with institutions like Bright School and Vibgyor High International. She Joined Navrachana University in January 2016 as an Academic Associate.

  • B.Com (Accounts and Auditing) – Maharaja Sayajirao University.
  • M.Ed (Educational Management)- Navrachana University. Her thesis is titled: “Developing Critical Thinking Skills Package for Student Teachers of Vadodara City”.
  • B.Ed – Navrachana University, Vadodara

Ms. Vaibhavi Pandya is a Gold Medalist in B.Ed and has received Passion for Learning Certificate at Navrachana University Awards Function. Her area of research involves Critical thinking and Best Practices of the Schools in Vadodara City. She is passionate about Critical Thinking and she has also conducted a workshop on “Awareness and Application of Critical Thinking on student teachers of Navrachana University.” She teaches Commerce-Economics methods to the B.Ed students. Her major areas of interest involve making subjects relevant to real life and gradually pushing students out of the textbooks to get a real understanding of the subjects. Her students have been experimenting on various areas like making magazines, documentaries, Newsletters and Research. She is also involved in placing students in different schools based on their abilities and skills through campus recruitment and campaigning of the university at different places.
