Biography

Ms. Dharti Parikh is having 4 years of academic experience. She has worked with the Institute of Technology and Management (ITM), Universe, Indu Management Institute as an Assistant Professor. She has also worked with the Faculty of Commerce (BBA Program), M. S. University as an external faculty.
She has attended workshops and seminars on research methodologies, Career, and attitude development and leadership program.

Education

Pursuing a Ph.D. in the area of Organizational Behavior with a special focus on Emotional Intelligence from the Department of Management Studies, Dharmsinh Desai University.
Master of Business Administration in Human Resource specialization from Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad
